We have very talented and creative pupils at Morley Victoria – we see it thanks to our wonderfully creative co-curriculum that allows our children to learn and demonstrate the skills they have in a wide variety of areas. Successes both in and out of the classroom and inside and outside of school are recognised, discussed and celebrated in many ways.
We also know how creative and talented they are from what they share with us about those experiences from the extra-curricular activities they take part in outside school. During celebration assemblies we learn a lot about our children’s interests and their achievements outside school. We like to acknowledge these achievements alongside dedicated class discussion time and allowing the children to showcase their talents to the rest of the class/year group/key stage by performing to them.
We spend a great deal of time getting to know each and every pupil – this includes what they are interested in and successful at outside of the school environment as this all contributes to the rounded individual we hope that they will become whilst in our care.

Our PE and physical activity sessions in school allow us to spot talent in many areas and promote physical activity and the development of talent outside of school hours. We have so many of our children that attend a wide range of different sports which allows them to be physically active and healthy. Success in these areas are then recognised and celebrated in school time.
